In the beginning of 2020, I started looking for jumps for my miniature horses and ponies. Sure, I had some old jumps that I'd made - like most of us I'd put together some from wood and other old odds and ends around the house. But I wanted something better, nicer, more like jumps that the full size hunters would use.

I searched all over and found. . . nothing. I found some places that made PVC jumps that "maybe" could customize for me - for a considerable cost. And I found some places that would make me wooden jumps - but I wanted a lighter, easier to move, quality jump for my minis and ponies. And I didn't want to spend a fortune for them!

So I decided to see what I could make - that fit all my criteria:

1. low maintenance
2. sturdy but lightweight
3. easy to move and transport
4. with fillers and flowers like the full size jumps (planks, gates, flower boxes)

It took many months and several rounds of prototyping and testing - but in the end it was worth it! Thus was born UpAndOver Jumps.
